The MicroStrain 3DM-DH3™ is a downhole orientation sensor and datalogger.  It incorporates acceleration sensors, magnetic field sensors and temperature sensors to provide accurate drill path measurements.

3DM-GX4-45 

The 3DM-GX4-45™ represents the latest generation of LORD MicroStrain® award winning inertial sensing technology.   It is the smallest, lightest, best performing GPS aided Inertial Navigation System (GPS/INS) in its class.  This high-performance unit combines today’s highest performance MEMS inertial sensors, a highly-sensitive GPS receiver, temperature sensors, pressure altimeter, and dual on-board processors running a sophisticated Extended Kalman Filter to generate optimal position, velocity, and attitude (PVA) estimates.

It provided accurate navigation and orientation under dynamic conditions in

The MicroStrain 3DM-GX3® -35 is a high-performance miniature Attitude Heading Reference System (AHRS) with embedded GPS.  It incorporates a triaxial accelerometer, triaxial gyro, triaxial magnetometer, temperature sensors, and an on-board processor running a sophisticated fusion algorithm to provide orientation, intertial, and GPS measurements.

  • Acceleration data output up to 1000 Hz
  • Onboard GPS, triaxial accels, triaxial gyros, triaxial magnetometers & temperature sensors
  • 4nHz GPS data with 0.1 m/sec velocity accuracy
  • versions available from 1.7 g to 50 g and 50 deg/sec to 1200 deg/sec

SensorCloud™ is useful for a nearly limitless variety of applications, particularly where data from large sensor networks needs to be collected, viewed, and monitored remotely.  Structural health monitoring and condition based monitoring of high value assets are applications where commonly available data tools often come up short in terms of accessibility, data scalability, programmability, or performance.    MicroStrain® SensorCloud was born out of a need for a better tool for these types of applications but the core features and benefits can add value to a much broader range of applications.
